The Full Smeall Deal: March 2012

For our 5th anniversary (holy moly we are at 5 already), we went to Las Vegas for two nights and then to Playa Del Rey for 5 nights!!! We love getting away and travelling and we had been looking forward to this trip for a long time! Prior to going, Dad kept reminding me of the coin term "what happens in Vegas, stays in Vegas..." And we would chuckle. But really, we probably aren't your typical Vegas goers. I've been to Vegas once, but for Joe it was his first time. It was so fun getting to see him experience the sights and sounds. There is always just SO much happening...talk about a good place for people watching! Our time in Vegas was mostly spent cruisin' through the HUGE hotels, walking the strip, a few slots or black jack here and there, more walking the strip, more cruisin' hotels, and did I mention walking?? Haha, we walked all over that place! We got to see the Bellagio water show, the Mirage fire and water show, and the ending of the Treasure Island water show. We also got to experience a Vegas buffet. WOW, talk about a lot of food and a lot of options. Overall Vegas was a lot of fun. We remember the whole trip and minimal money was lost...Here's a few pics from that portion of the vacay!
